Refund Policy

At Paans King, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality paans. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds and returns are handled carefully.


 
1. Perishable Products

Since paan products are fresh consumables:

  • Returns are not accepted once delivered.
  • We cannot accept products back due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong item
  • Missing items

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of issue

After verification, we may:

  • Offer a replacement
  • Provide store credit
  • Issue a partial/full refund (at our discretion)

 

3. Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


 

4. Refund Processing Time

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take:

  • 5–10 working days
  • Additional processing time by your bank
